Wait And Watch? Or Bendamustine And Rixutan 6 Cycles.
A MyLymphomaTeam Member asked a question 💭

I was diagnosed with indolent Mantle Cell Lymphoma. No symptoms, almost nothing to detect in blood test and some very small lymph notes seen on PET scan. Biopsy and testing pointed to very slow indolent process. Had 4 months first follow up scan and blood test. Very little changes in scan and blood test. The Protocol For DLBCL Is 6 Rounds Of RCHOP, However He’s Gone Into Total Remission After 3 Cycles.
A MyLymphomaTeam Member asked a question 💭

He was diagnosed as stage 3 but is in complete remission after half the chemo, is there any reason he would do more than 4 cycles? It seems crazy that he would pump those chemicals into his body when there’s no sign of disease just because it’s protocol. I can’t find any research regarding this.
