Hope your remission lasts, and that you feel better soon

Hi there. My brother has NODAL MARGINAL ZONE LYMPHOMA and he just finished his chemotherapy. He was diagnosed in September 2020. We're actually still in the learning process of all of this!

I was diagnosed in 2008. I have been on and off watch and wait. There is no cure, but plenty of treatment options when the need arises. When my lymph nodes became too bulky, I have had two rounds of radiation treatment, chemo with rituxen/bendamustine followed by rituxen maintenance. That gave me 5 years remission. It just came back more aggressive, so I’m on RCHOP. Have had plenty of good years and good times and hoping for more when this treatment is over. Best of luck.

Yes I was diagnosed with NMZL in July. I was put on a "watch & wait", make me a little nervous because I have no symptoms. What should i expect down the road?

My initial radiation treatment was good for over four years. Hope yours lasts even longer!
