Chemotherapy? Prayer? Your spouse? Diet? Church, masjid, temple, synagogue? Exercise? What's helped you most as an individual dealing with cancer?

No Sir, you can’t 🤗 Prayer, love and laughter got me through stage 4 FL with 2 1/2 yrs of treatment and into remission 8 months ago. Cancer is a brutal journey mentally, emotionally and physically. Mental and emotional support are just as crucial as physical support. Imho😊

I am a SGI Buddhist and chant Nam Myoho Renge Kyo and do Gongyo daily morning and night. It gives me the power to tap into my inner strength and wisdom. With it I have more compassion with myself and the world around me. True inner happiness and peace.
