Have you tried Benadryl or hydrocortisone cream mine is better with prednisone I have done some research and you can take Benadryl and prednisone while taking Calquence i take Benadryl if it itches I think I’m going to mention that to my Dr and from what I have read the rash should resolve and just be a temporary side effect..If it was a serious side effect you would have more side effects like swollen lips tongue or difficulty breathing i didn’t have any of that and from what you say I don’t think you have that problem either

My rash is on legs, arms, and chest. Some days it is worse than others.

How bad is your rash mine is all over my arms chest and legs some itch but not to bad I wish my oncologist would have left it alone because rash is one of the side effects

I'm also still dealing with the rash. Symptoms have definitely improved since Calquence, hoping eventually the rash will subside. See doc next week for consultation.

I got improvement it seemed right away but then after only about 2 weeks on Calquence I got a rash so Dr stopped Calquence and put me on Prednisone for 2weeks then resumed Calquence but only one pill a day after only 1 pill rash returned worse than ever so now I’m on prednisone again so I don’t know what is next very frustrating
