I do much of what the others have written.. I have found that developing a balanced daily routine helpful. I combine time to meditate, exercise (I have a trainer at my gym helping me ), walk, read, and get the chores done before 1:00 so I can nap for an hour or 2 then my evenings are usually quiet social media time and tv time. I don’t sleep well since my diuretics keep me getting up at night for the bathroom so I stream some nice meditation music to easily get back to sleep.
I just take it easy. The fatigue seems to hang on forever, so I just do what I have to and don't worry about the rest. 😊
Ajaya,
Hi! I still get tired early in the evenings but I've found walking has helped me. I walk everyday. It helps me both physically and emotionally. Plus, I feel like I'm doing something to "slay the beast." I hope you have a wonderful day my friend. Kelly
Of course I utilize a healthy diet to strengthen my resistance and meditation to quiet the mind but nothing helps me more than exercise for my overall well being. And it doesn't come easy.
When fatigue sets in I take a nap to recharge. A one hour nap in the early afternoon usually is enough. I exercise in the morning and recharge around 1pm.
