I am trying to deactivate my account and it is saying my password is invalid. Is there a phone number of an administrator that I can speak with? I do sympathize with everyone going through the cancer treatment journey but I don’t have anything to add. My last chemo infusion was January of 2018. Please help me figure this out. I don’t remember changing my first password so I am at a loss as to how to deactivate my account. Thank you.
