If he went into complete remission after his treatment he should do very well . I am 4 years post completion of treatment . All my Petscans have been clear .
Fear will rob you of the present life he has.
Peace , Love & Courage
Always keep positive and deal with what comes or doesn’t in the future. Keep in the present and enjoy every day!
Pattymsolomon,
Can I ask How about your Pet-Ct look likes before? Many Thanks!
My son Had even bone marrow involved he is 2 years In remission now
My initial pet scan showed involvement of pretty much everywhere in my body, which is very common for Burkett's non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. My initial finding was actually in my breast, and I had double vision, which then showed that it there was a small lesion on my optic nerve, the Petscan showed that it was really much throughout my body, although it was not in my bone marrow.
