I did 4! Per the Flyer trial. The 4th supposedly is the get the “last” bit after the CR at three cycles. Again, I had my oncologist choose ultimately. Let me know what you do!

I have stage 2 DLBCL and I did 4 RCHOP treatments with two additional treatments of rituximab. I’m in my eighth month of remission. I had a CR on my PET scan after 3 full cycles. I did one more RCHOP then the two rituximab treatments.I was able to do the Flyer trial at Levine. You can research that if interested in the Flyer trial for less treatments based on stage, tumor bulk and IPI scores .I trusted my Oncologist on helping me decide.
I have a friend that did 6 full RCHOP treatments even though she had a complete response as her oncologist said the last two would destroy “the crumbs left” of her DLBCL.
