It took me a couple of months to get back to low normal. I too had R-EPOCH followed by methotrexate intrathecal x 4. I cycle regularly and did during chemo but lost a lot of strength and finally now am getting back to where I was before chemo. Chemo ended in April this year. That was my experience thought I'd share hope it helps.

Hi! I have/had DLBCL stage IV. I know that my blood work after treatments were very low too. It took awhile for everything to come back up. I've been in remission over 2 yrs and my numbers still are lower than I'd like. I believe it just takes time. Good luck to you. Kelly
