I went to MD Anderson this summer for Car T cell treatment. I left in August cancer free. The doctor told me that I'm more likely to die of natural causes than the cancer to come back!!

Not as bad as 6 chemo treatments. There are side effects dealing with the brain, as I was admitted to ICU, but was better the next day. Some take 4 or 5 days to recover!!

I have never gone in to remission. I am on my 4th treatment and go to Iowa City tomorrow for a PET scan and consult. I was diagnosed one year ago. I pray you stay in remission and stay healthy.

I had 5 radiation on 7c in neck Jan 4 2022 then 6 RCHOP and remission July2022 ,then took port out as caused blood clot in jugular in April so Ididnt have to stay on blood thinner when I had my first of 4 spinal infusion of methotrexate for prevention as he to.d me if it came back it would be brain and bones , I had 9 spots stage 4 , now 19 months remission, just had ctscan all well, so far so good at 80+😊😊😊👍👍👍

R-CHOP 6 treaments. Good for 9 months. Next try CAR T - good for 2 months. On my third Try. In 2 months will see the results.
