I Noticed About A Year Ago That I Bruise Really Easily And The Bruises Seem To Be Without Cause. Does This Happen To Anyone Else?
Yes. I have SLL and often find bruises on my body that I know I did not cause by accidentally hitting myself. Lymphoma is a blood cancer so our small blood vessels are sometimes compromised in various ways.
All the time..I can touch something and my skin peels back. Then it will bleed bad and I have to be very careful so it doesn't get infected..It's seems like it takes forever for some of my cuts or scrapes to get well..Found out that sterile pads works better than bandaids..Been thinking about just wearing long sleeves but for some reason it doesn't always help..plus we still have very warm days in NC..I have people asked me all the time about my arms and bruises and I explain it's a cancer thing.
lol-everyyyyyyyyyydayyyyyy-seems like i hit something-an takes forever to heal- i look like ive been in a brawl-lol! not funny but heah...
I also have had bruises that just don't seem to never go away. When a person has lymphoma you also have a low platelet level. Platelets help treat the bleeding and bruising, but are in low supply.
Yes. And my skin seems thin, meaning I can get a scrape easily and they take a while to heal.
