What Is A Lymphoma Corpse?

My B cell lymphoma started near my spine and I had bad pain in my back in that area. I am now in remission but still have pain in my back. The Dr. Said the body might absorb it but it's been one year since remission . What happens if the body doesn't absorb it so that I am pain free?
