Yes I was told early on about this. After my first treatment I had a dark strip in the center of my thumb nail. This bothered me. My oncologist noticed this right away. She even stated I saw that when I was asking her about it. It took a while for it to grow out after I finished chemo but it’s gone now and my nails are back to normal. They grow really fast now.

I have the same thing in both my thumb nails only. My hands are darker too. I'm very light skinned so I look like I have a ran. I also noticed my skin on legs look tanned. I'll ask my oncologist. Also my toenails are curving & getting ingrown & painful
