Could A Treatment Using A Microscopic Wire And Heating The Vein To Kill It Cause Damage That Would Allow Abnormal Cells To Develop?

I developed DLBCL after such a treatment. I thought that this treatment might have broken some genes and allowed them to form cancerous cells. The dates of treatment fit into the estimate that my oncologist guessed could have been the time-frame that the cancer had been present.

Hereditary? I am the only one in my family ever, and I am almost 78. Can be, but almost anything can be hereditary. I don't think they are testing that link like they are for breast cancer and ovarian cancer.
