Is The 2nd Round Of RCHOP Gentler Than The First Round As Far As After Effects?
The prednisone in my first chemo regime spiked my blood glucose way over 700 and I was in the hospital 3 times as a result.
I’m sorry you had such a bad reaction to the prednisone. Unfortunately, my blood sugar went up with each treatment, but not that much. (350) I was given glipizide to bring it into range, which I usually don’t take. I found R CHOP to be pretty unpleasant each session. But I’m back in remission so for me it was with it. Best of luck.
