NJNina no ma'am the insurance approved everything they did two biopsy on the one in my abdominal area they didn't get enough samples. The way the found it was a removal from the one on the side of my breast. it took them months to find this and it caused the cancer to spread all over my body before it got figured out by one pathologist that works with Mayo clinic and I was happy they figured it out to get started on treatments. I know it will take time to hopefully help. I'll do whatever my doctor will want me to do too help me out with this. I know there isn't really a cure for this cause my oncologist said it isn't but I asked her let's do what it takes to keep it from spreading. So that's what we r working on

Was the timing related to waiting for biopsy, then waiting for pathology results, then waiting for lymphoma team to determine best treatment plan? There may have also been delay in getting insurance approval for treatment.

Your story is appreciated. Thank you for sharing. Mayo clinic is one of the best places to get treatment.
