I Have Non Hodgkins Lymphoma. I Used Round Up Regularly To Spray Weeds In Our Long Driveway And Other Places That They Pop Up.
Filed a claim about two years ago...haven't heard anything. I am currently in remission (because NHL can't be cured) I had infusions over a period of 15 months. I have to have blood work every three months and scans every 6 months.
Hi Gerry hang in there and don't lose hope. I've been in remission for a year now my doctor that so very hopefully for staying cancer even for a year.
You take care prayer to you😄
I sprayed round up every year around our property a,d we have been here 23 years. No idea that it was even possible. To me just the diagnosis is overwhelming.

My story sounds a bit like yours.
I filed also. Would hear every so often. They wanted updates, etc.
Then they want my SSN. I wouldn't give it to them. So time passes.
Get a call mid last year, gives me her info on what is happening. Lot of folks collecting, pretty sure I would as well.
So I said okay, send me papers to sign.
I sat and read every paragraph, every page. On about page 5 here it is.
Medicare and my secondary insurance would be notified of the payout and come back and claim it to reimburse what they had paid for my treatment.
I had 12 rounds over 6 months. 2 types of chemo each time plus everything else that was pumped into me.
I called them and told her I was not in need of anything to open that can of worms.
Drop it, do not contact me again.
Attorney said she understood, case closed.
But the Attorney would received 40% of the award if I continued. That to me is why they are so high pressure.
I have CLL too. I know the homes near me had to spray their grass and who knows what they used. It's one of those Home Owners place where people tell you what to do. Yuk! I do walk over there and feed the geese and ducks on the pond. We don't do anything to our lawn - who really cares! I have a lot of yard art that I am sure people smile when they walk by.
That is good to hear! I am happy for you!
