Angela9,
Hi! I have/had DLBCL stage IV and had treatments of RCHOP chemo. I've been in remission for 3 years. I was Tired all the time during lymphoma and treatments. Your body is fighting cancer, it takes energy to do so. Rest is emparative. Go into your bedroom, shut the door and watch something relaxing on TV or read. Especially, when he's inviting company over. You don't need to be around all those germs right now. I hope you have a blessed day. Kelly

I have WM - been thru Chemo/Rituxan, now doing monthly iVG. My S.O. (don't live together) will start our daily phone conversation with - "how are you feeling today", I would answer -"have a headache - haven't gotten up yet'. She would say "have you taken anything yet", to which I would say - "it's not that kind of headache". After 2plus years of this - i've found that exercise(walking and stretching) is probably the best thing for my fatigue - also, I've found that getting out of bed helps. I don't think she can comprehend what I'm going thru and I am unable to explain it.
I know this may sound crazy - but I know some of you understand. Best Wishes to all, Joe3

I was diagnosed with TCL in April 23 after breast cancer in 2021 and then in late 23 had surgery for thyroid cancer. My SO is constantly is reminding me of how much I sleep. My fatigue is off the charts and I am trying to navigate my " new normal." I find that on days I have a more normal day, the next day I am spent. Learn to give yourself grace. This fatigue is so different than the normal fatigue of daily work, life and all of the tasks we do daily. Sending prayers and positive vibes to all!
