Thank you Cheryl. I appreciate you sharing. It's always best to know what other people are experiencing. I have CLL/SLL. Funny how they blow up overnight. I had one little lymph node for months. And was under watch and wait. And one day it was like a clump of grapes in my neck. But my blood counts always remained great.

Thanks for sharing Laurie. Keep a sharp eye on that lymph node. I had to discontinue Bruk. Because of muscular and joint pain. My lymph nodes in my neck and under arms blew up almost overnight and I’ve been diagnosed with DLBCL and taking RCHOP infusions. The lymph nodes have receded in appearance and I have 3 more treatments to complete my therapy. I’m not trying to scare you, just want you to stay alert!

Hi Cheryl,
I have been taking Brukinsa a little over 2 years. Started with 2 pills in the morning and 2 at night. I experienced a large bruise on my right shin. When it was apparent I didn't bang it and it wasn't going away the Dr. suggested I stop for a week and it went away. A few months after restarting the Brukinsa, I started to get a rash on my legs that looked like petechiae. So we stopped for another week. I am now taking 1 pill in the am and 2 at night. I have been on this regimen for over 18 months. My blood work has been great and the only issues I have had were URI's every 3 months or so. I have not had one since April so that's good. I do have days where I am so tired I have to take a nap and a few days ago noticed one of my lymph nodes in my neck is the size of a pea. Doc wants to wait a week or so as he feels I could be coming down with something. Hope this little bit of info was helpful and you're pain has subsided. Keep us posted as to what the next steps are for you.

Hope your scan shows good results! I’ve been on Brukinsa for 2 months with great blood work results but recently stopped for two weeks to see if it is the cause of my severe muscle and skeletal pain. If my pain subsides we’ll try another treatment and if not we’ll try to determine other causes. Best of luck to you!
