thanks - got the compression sleeve, seems to help but pretty sure need massage too. Only limited to left arm and back of hand.

I have lymphedema in my right leg due to removal of groin lymph nodes and radiation to groin lymph nodes. I saw an occupational therapist and learned how to do massage that helped. Mine got better over time but not completely. Good luck. Ask for help to deal with this.
