Tell Me About Waldenstrom Lymphoma.
Fatigue
Thank you so much for the great info! I, so far, no chemo, Just blood work every 3 months. The hip puncture, was how I found out that I have Waldenstrom Lymphoma.
Leah Fatigue is a common symptom of cancer period. And in RL as well. Im sure you know about RL. My DX is not the same, I will share what my BC surgeon told me after I asked for any infinite wisdom she would share.
Never be sedentary, the more you are up moving around the better your outcome will be.
Stay away from fried foods. Cut back on the sugary stuff eat fruits and veggies.
Rest, be hydrated & vitamins.
Taking a B12 supplement will help w fatigue. I started this and the fatigue dissipated to where it is very minimal. I actually sleep better. I also started a vitamin D and K this helped w the joint stiffness.
My oncologist echoed this as well. During my chemo for my 2nd DX LDBCL - NHL.
I never really been a red meat person I eat mostly a Mediterranean diet. I will cook meals w red meat for my family when they are at my house.
Everyone is different, of course, but this is what helped me immensely, and when I’ve been at the Cancer center, where others are at who have all different forms of diagnosis they share A lot of the same points as I just shared with you I hope this helps. Have a wonderful day. Wishing you blessings of total restoration with your health.
