Do You Have A Hobby To Help Take Your Mind Off The Cancer?
I believe, and my health care providers agree, that having a hobby can be good for your mental health. If you have a hobby share it here 😀
My cat and dog. Ruby and Tess
My pup keeps me walking. During treatment was covid so I did puzzles, and read books.
Yes I have a cat and a Cavalier King Charles .i walk every day . Even when I was really struggling with my treatment. I also watch Netflix, Read and I love 1000 piece jigsaws! I’m lucky to be living in a lovely cul de sac with many retired people. I have just been taught how to play Quiddler. We meet twice a week to play . I also do my garden which I keeps me busy .
Yes. I have a Kindle, read myself to sleep every night. I get Free kindle books daily from bookbub.com also, I love word spiral bound word search books, adult coloring books, and close up photography. I found getting a dog - a Boston Terrier - has also impacted my emotional life in a very positive way. ☺️
I love photography and birding. Both hobbies get me outdoors, give me some light excercise and bring me a lot of joy.
