Be careful about taking acetaminophen PM. It has a form of Benedryl and long-term studies show it might predispose you to dementia or alzheimers. (Not sure which one.)

Sheena, Have you spoken with your oncologist nurse about how to treat these problems? I take Gabapentin and acetaminophen PM at bedtime. The Gabapentin requires a prescription from your doctor. Your nurse can help you find solutions that work for your body.
🤗 🙏 Hope this is helpful!
