Hi Amanda,
I just had an appointment asking my oncologist the same. He told me that if the lymphoma is isolated and small will usually 4months treatment. The standard is 4 months or 6 months.
2 months to kill it 2 months to make sure they got it all.
3 months to kill it 3 months to make sure they got it all.

Mine is 2.9 cm and localized.

I haven't started the treatment yet. I am in the pinpoint diagnostic stage before treatment. The kind of lymphoma and severity will determine the treatment plan.
