Fatigue… How To Fight It

It’s different for everyone, but for me what worked I added a increase supplement of B12 and I just became more active. I found the more active. I was the less fatigue I experienced eventually, it dissipates that doesn’t mean that I don’t get tired, but it sure has gone away. I hope this helps, ask your oncologist about taking a vitamin B 12 supplement for fatigue .
