Hit the= sign in upper left corner and go to your profile. There is a place to change your location.

I use my iPad and found it under Account Settings. At top left takes to your profile and settings. Settings takes you to Account Settings and location where you can change.

Go to the equal sign above and under settings click on account settings. you can change your location

Not sure but my suggestion would be to go to cell phone store. Not sure what type of phone you have so try and find a local store. They will help you.
