Hi, I used CBD gel caps 30mg during my EPOCH treatments. I took it every evening and I honestly don’t know if it helped at all. I took it as a supplement and still took all of my prescribed medications.
My cancer team were aware of what I was doing.
What did help was THC(10-20mg). I would take that in the early evening and it helped keep me calm and helped me sleep.
I would never recommend substituting CBD or THC for prescription medications.
During my Stem Cell Transplant I stuck to only the medications prescribed by my cancer team.
