I take a liquid that combines Omega 3 and D3 and the web site of the manufacturer states that "Supplemental vitamin D should be used with caution in those with sarcoidosis, lymphoma, (which I have), tuberculosis, hypercalcemia or renal impairment.” will be asking my naturopath for an opinion as she has recommended that I take a lot of D3.
