Has Anyone Had Swollen Feet Ankles And Calves That Is Extremely Painful And Cannot Walk
Yes, I would recommend your wearing compression socks. It makes a huge difference. Avoid salty foods and drink water to stay hydrated.
Compression socks from NurseYard are the best I have tried. You do not know you are wearing them. Lots of colors and patterns.
Thanks so much for you answer. We tell our hematologist and they don’t offer anything. Didn’t know if part of the illness?
Our primary dr will order compression socks. Ty!
Do you get pain too?
The Sox help , measure calves first
Hi Lynetta: I experienced what you've described above. It began during R-CHOP chemo for Diffuse Large B Cell Lymphoma (DLBCL) approximately June 2023.
Though I'm still dealing with periodic numbness in my toes, it's mostly resolved since about the beginning of November, last month.
Walking, bathing in Epsom salts and applying Vaseline brand 'Clinical Care body lotion for Extremely Dry Skin Rescue'. Keeping your nails trimmed and clean I found important for additional comfort and hygiene.
I also get a feeling of ants crawling inside my feet: I've gotten used to that.
I hope this helps you.😉
Good luck.
Rhonda
