Recommend he go back to oncologist for follow up..

I'm sorry he has a swollen node. I would absolutely have him see his oncologist. Good luck I hope all turns out well. Kelly

Best to go back to oncologist if it's been there longer than a week and if he doesn't have another infection somewhere else. I just had a swollen one also had an infection in my gum and it went down as soon as I got the right antibiotic. I had my normal follow up after that and all was good.
