I had the same treatment. Please take the nausea med when needed. Don’t wait.
Usually take 24- 48 after end of treatment round. Everyone is different. I also keep ducolax for constipation in the house. Doable treatment for sure. I have FL.!

This is very helpful - thank you. Good to hear about the progress with the lymph nodes. I also have massive splenomegaly (significantly enlarged spleen). Hopeful that will go down soon. My doctors are very concerned about it.

Hi James, I just completed my 6th round of BR treatment this week. With each round, the fatigue lingered a little longer. Usually about 5 - 7 days but not debilitating. I also have headaches for about the same time frame and taking Tylenol helps. After my first round, I learned to start taking Miralax on the 2nd day of treatment for about 5 days. Also I start taking the anti nausea meds the day after treatment for about 4 days. I don't wait for the nausea to occur. I made that mistake once. I also found it helpful to try to keep active. I try to get out and go for a walk for about 15 minutes a couple of times a day. Everyone is different but these are the things that work well for me. Good luck and stay positive on your journey! After my 4th round, all of my lymph nodes are back to normal.

James my spleen was described also as massive. After one round of infusions it has not gone down so I have a consult with surgeon on 19th to schedule removal. Oncology Doctor is enthusiastic about taking it out. Good luck to you my friend.
