Mansfield, TX

I recently had a bone marrow aspiration & biopsy which showed 64% of lymphocytes are prolymphocytes.

Thank you, Vonnie! B-PLL is a rare more aggressive progression from CLL where 55% or more of your lymphocytes are prolymphocytes. There seems not to be much data as less than 1% of CLL patients have this progression. I’ll be starting treatment in the coming weeks- Calquence + Gazyva infusions shortly thereafter. It’s treated the same as CLL dependent upon individual markers/genetics. I’m so grateful to have a CLL specialist for my Dr. He has had B-PLL patients with successful remission rates even though PLL can be stubborn & resistant to treatment. I’m hopeful & will take things one day at a time!!🥰

Hi Rachel
Never heard of that. What did your oncologist say? Don't be afraid to take a list of questions to them.
Best wishes, prayers 🙏 Vonnie
