I was treated w/rituximab only approx. 3 years ago & at my last oncologist appt. My doctor said that I probably wouldn't die from SMZL !!!!!

I use my elliptical , resistance bands and walk most days. I’ve eliminated most carbs from my food choices. Absolutely no sugar. This works for me. Everyone is different. There is a wealth of information on the web and consult with your doctor. I told my doctors what I was doing and didn’t get their permission. I am the one ultimately responsible for my health and of course God.

You are right to feel hopeful!

Same protocol here. I feel great. Had my 6 month PET this last Sunday and still in remission. I’ve got 15 months left on maintenance. Getting lots of exercise and doing no /low carb along with intermittent fasting. Very empowering to not rely solely on medical treatment for this condition.

Is it good to exercise everyday with non Hodgkin's or every other day? And what diet should I be on to help?

Hy husband has just started his journey three weeks ago and this is one that he has had. Not for maintenance, though.
