Has Anyone Had These Symptoms. I Take Brukinsa (zanubrutinib)2 Capsules Twice A Day.

I have CLL, diagnosed in June 2022. Started oral treatment in Dec 2023. I had 3 episodes of dizziness, upset stomach since December. My lumph nodes were swollen in my neck and under my arms.

Thank you so much for the comments. It helps. I was thinking it may be a blood pressure issue as well.

Hello Donna, I have MCL, and on a trial program of Zanubrutinib and Venetoclax 2X a day for the past year. Thankfully it has kept my lungs from re -filling with fluid and has shrunk the tumors. I do have nausea about an hour after taking it but it passes. I try having a little something extra to eat even if it is a couple of ginger snaps. No dizziness from the meds but I was dizzy which turned out to be my blood pressure. You may want to have it checked. After being put on a low dose of Amlodipine the dizziness stopped. I think being diagnosed with NHL can cause us anxiety which can affect our blood pressure. Hope your doing well today. Peace and Blessings

My husband has CLL too, swollen lymph nodes in neck. He started Calquence 2 months ago with only side effects headaches sometimes.
