DianneRose,
Hi! I have/had DLBCL stage IV and had treatments of RCHOP chemo. I've been in remission for 3 years. My oncologists have told me to look for the symptoms of lymphoma in case of a relapse ie: night sweats, weight loss, fever, fatigue, enlarged lymphnodes etc. I hope you are doing well. Kelly

Hi DianneRose
It could yes, however could be someplace else. Also could be a different cancer all together
This fall it will be 3 years.
My DLBCL started in my spleen then spread. I no longer have a spleen so thats a mute point. However, ive been told to watch for the common symptoms as others have mentioned. I eat little red meat and stay away from preservatives as much as possible. And honestly, im living for today, praying šŸ™ to remain in remission. But i don't think about it

To be honest, I have had all those symptoms but not to the extreme, and not constantly like I did. I only went a week ago to my Oncologist. He checked my labs and my glands on my neck. Said I was fine. I will continue to monitor.
