Update 💪🏻
So pain has become a daily grind ..... lower back and abdominal area. How to manage it ..... will discuss with Doc again today.
Yesterday had bunch of bloods taken and the bone marrow biopsy drawn. Wasn't too bad. Was fast asleep ... no pain until today 🫤 pretty sore - they took bone marrow sample from both sides .... not sure why 🤷🏻‍♂️
Today going in for heart echo to see if my heart will cope with treatment.
Ticking off boxes .... soldiering on 💪🏻

Depending on the type of cancer you have, the procedure may be done on both of your hip bones on the same day. Prior to the procedure the Dr should have explain in detail you.
After all results are received you will be given the definitive diagnosis/stage, the treatment plan. It is a process for sure. Almost like a job. I had a bone marrow biopsy. And the Echo.
Then was given my diagnosis and treatment plan. I saw a Nurse Navigator who explained my meds answered all questions made arrangements for my vaccinations needed. She set up my infusions. Then I had my port put in by a vascular surgeon. It went really fast after the port placement. Port procedure was done on a Monday labs on Tuesday saw my oncologist on Thursday and had chemo Friday.
🙏🏻😇

Lyn, all the tests are what I went through four years ago. It is a lot in the beginning. Write down all your questions and ask. The more information you
Have will help. Blessings to you as you begin treatment.
