My partner was just diagnosed with the same. Follicular nodes in mesentery and 1 in sternum then a high grade node in spleen being biopsied. It looks like a follicular node that transformed to DLBCL or large B Cell. We are expecting treatment will be R-CHOP. Its stage 3a.

My CLL transformed to DLBCL 25 months ago. I had a complete response with RCHOP. As of last month, the CR continues. Other than hair loss and dry mouth, I had no problems with RCHOP. I walked most days and had very little nausea. I hope the therapy works well for you.

Dan4,
Hi! I have/had DLBCL stage IV and had treatments of RCHOP chemo. I've been in remission for 3 years. Sorry your follicular has transformed. Kelly
