Yes, the same thing happened to me. While I was undergoing my therapies I did not suffer from night sweats. But when I finished the immunotherapy I started having night sweats. After a year they stopped completely.

Luke,
Hi! I didn't have radiation but I had chemo. I've been in remission for 3 1/2years and sometimes I still have slight sweating at night. Usually in the groin area, behind my knees and sometimes lightly on my chest. My dermatologist said that our sweating is controlled by our nerves. And having treatments injures the nerves ie makes us sweat etc. If it gets worse I'd contact your oncologist. Kelly

My husband had radiation last July. Now he is experiencing drenching sweats during the day and some at night. I just ask this yesterday.
