Mostly because you are probably consuming more fluids or fruits/foods that are very high in hydration/liquids (cucumbers are one veggie that has very high liquid content. Watermelon too. There are others) . Docs, PA/NPs are always asking if you are staying hydrated every visit. More fluids, more times you visit bathrooms. One thing I always hear is; are you hydrating everyday when I visit my Dr. or have a video appt. with Dr., PA or NP. And, usually,
