Has Anyone Had A Relapse After Two Or More Years Of Being Cancer Free?

I did. Was 4 1/2 years cancer free and I found a lymph node in my neck; had pet scan- was positive for cancer- no where else- just that one spot……had it surgically removed and biopsied- came back as NHL- stage 1-2 FL( light chain B cells) - now on watch and wait- as far as I know, it hasn’t gone anywhere else…
