Yes, it does. As I understand it, SMZL very often moves into the bone marrow. I have read that even removing the spleen (if it ever comes to that) does not "cure" the lymphoma because of bone marrow infiltration.

Bone marrow biopsy is how I was diagnosed so does that mean it's already in my bones
