Round Up Bad misinformation worse.The only person defending Bayer works there.Or has a check in the checking account.

I saw an ad and called the number. She said you have to swear under oath that you were exposed to Roundup.

No, I have not responded in any way. I hate the deluge of calls / aggressive contacts that come with those inquiries (flashbacks to searching for health insurance). I have had so many emails and calls. (Keep thinking this will motivate me to clean out the garage to see if there is an old container of roundup?)

I am certain that several have sold my name because of my NHFL dx and internet activity. Huge uptick in contacts related to end-of-life options - cremation and funeral type things over the past year or so... It was distressing at first but now I can laugh about it.

I would love if you could share how you were contacted? What made you decide to sign on? I feel like so much private / personal information is already out there because of my TMI personality. Also have an innate distrust of lawyers due to helping some of my loved ones thru several divorces and end of life planning.

I just called the number on an add anc give my information.
A year later they give my case to this big firm that is trying a lot of these cases. So if nothing happens then I didn't lose anything, but if I win I will get something more than I have today.
