Has Anyone Had Stage IVb Nodular Sclerosing Hodgkin's Disease?

My fiance got diagnosed at an early age and was told in remission at one point, but now his cancer is not responding to any treatments, and he had mixed reviews with the ICE treatment but didint proceed due to other symptoms he couldn't handle.

The doctor told him it could be months and he will be gone and to start planning his funeral
We are supposed to get a second opinion in August at another bigger hospital,
