Re Biopsy Results And Cellular Genetics In NHL Diffuse Large B Cell Lymphoma (DLBCL)

A MyLymphomaTeam Member asked a question 💭
Greer, SC

My BIL was just diagnosed with stage III Diffuse large B cell lymphoma (DLBCL) . He is anticipating beginning treatment next week. His biopsy results did not include cellular genetics helping to differentiate this NHL further. His oncologist did not order that testing. Is it typically NOT requested. Everything we've read says it is helpful. Thanks, Michelle
