How Do You Deal With Your Mental Health And Cancer?

Good mental health and good health in general are closely related. What do you do to help boost your mental health? I use hobbies. My hobbies are reading Tarot and collecting kazoos. 😄

I use hobbies as well. Right now I'm working on building and finishing a 12 string electric guitar. But I also paint land scapes and do puzzles and have started to alleviate the social distancing with using a VR headset and going into meta world. Mental health is a problem at times I have to admit still because I also deal with chronic pain in my spine and knees. I also read a lot and meditate.

Another great question Ajaya
I read several devotionals each morning with my coffee as I thank God for my health!
I am grateful 🙏 every minute of every day.

Great question Ajaya. For me, working helps, exercise, meeting friends, reading a good book.
