Hi CoraJean. So sorry you are going through this. I was diagnosed with stage 1 dlbc nhl and marginal zone lymphona. I had 4 rounds of chop and 12 rounds of rt to my stomach. I had a lot of different issues with my esophagus from pain in the middle of my chest right below the sternum to feeling full and inflamed. Towards the end it felt like the food couldn't pass to my stomach. I went on a soft diet that helped but I had to keep the weight on so it was a bit challenging. I am now 4 weeks out from last rt and I am happy to say most issues have resolved. Hoping for a good petscan result in june. RT to the abdomin is tough but you can get through it. Keep a diary of all your side effects and report them to your treating doctors. I will keep you in my prayers. Sending love and healing hugs
