When I first started infusions of Rituxin and Bedamustine, I did not have the reaction there. When I got home I broke out in itchy bumps all over my stomach and back. They sent me a creme that did the trick. The next 5 treatments went without a hitch.

As everyone’s lymphoma differs your oncologist may decide to increase/ reduce your dose and the period between infusions/ injections.

My maintenance treatment is Rituximab every 3 months..why the diff.

R-CHOP had that effect at the start of my chemo but being on the immunotherapy rituximab injection for two years every eight weeks is not a prospect I’m looking forward to!! They may be able to reduce my dose. 🙏

Symptoms for me started he 3rd day after treatment and lasted at least 2/3 weeks. Then time for another round.
