Three years later I still have fatigue though less severe. It's hard for others to understand why we just can't get over it, no, it's real. Be kind to yourself and rest all you want, and at times you feel up to it, try some activity that brings you pleasure. My thoughts and prayers are with you, and with us all.

Hi Magda
All sounds so familiar. I’m finding fatigue the most debilitating side effect of treatment. The MacMillan charity have a helpful book specifically on fatigue. It contains some useful tips but pushing through doesn’t work for me. Still being treated with rituximab every eight weeks. Keeping busy doing what i can and resting when my body tells me.

Unfortunately Fatigue is normal. There is hope. Everyone is different. I found taking a B12 supplement helps. And the more active I am the more I over come the fatigue. Baby steps are progress.
