My doctor put me on antibiotics after each round of RCHOP.

If you have a fever, you need to go to ER as soon as possible. The doctor will do the blood test and urine test then decide on the treatment. If it is due to neutropenia, they might keep you in hospital for a couple of days and give you antibiotic iv.
