Do Others Also Often Get The Need To Cough And Cough ?
I had a dry cough mainly at night before I was diagnosed.
It may of been from the irritation of large tumor in my chest at the time. I no longer have it, thankfully.
I did have a cough before be diagnosed with Lymphoma. I received Rchop back in Oct.2023. no more cough, and cancer free since Dec. 2023.
I had a respiratory infection and hung onto a cough for nearly 2 months. When I had my PetScan this past July, my oncologist said the cough could be explained by the fact that the scan showed I had lymph nodes that were pressing up against my bronchial tubes and windpipe. I went through Rituxan infusion treatment every Thursday this past month and the cough is gone:))))
When I had COVID - yes - lots of coughing for several weeks. I also learned that dairy causes me sinus congestion / drainage and coughing. Learned many things in my diet cause issues. So I ever much suggest a food/drink/meds journal to really track things so see if you can connect any dots. Everybody is different but the insight it gave me was HUGE. Once I got the big picture under better control, I was able to chose to allow treats or things back into my diet. Please also make your healthcare team aware, they may have suggestions too.
I experienced an urge to cough and cough when I had Covid last Thanksgiving.
